Completed in 2021, covering a total area of over 2000 sq.m., the project involved the Design, engineering, supply, fabrication, construct and erection of PEB (PRE- ENGINEERING BUILDING) shed/warehouse with mezzanine floor along with smoke detection and sprinkler system and the associated allied civil, structural, electrical & instrumental and mechanical work at LBP Taloja. It has a PEB Structure along with civil foundation, firefighting, electrical and mechanical equipment installation. The PEB Structure also has a mezzanine floor of about 1000sq mt at the middle height of the building. We have also developed the civil infrastructure like roads, compound wall and main gate within a stiff timeline of 8 month in the pandemic era as part of the complete Turnkey project.
