This is a commercial complex of 7 floors of which 2 are in the basement and another 5 over ground. The project is located in the heart of the city. For this project which is surrounded by existing high rise buildings we adopted a special kind of building foundation made up of raft foundation along with piling to surround the retaining structure. The project is expected to be completed by December 2022.
